      There are times of year when it seems nearly impossible to avoid catching a cold or the flu. The question is: can you swim with a cold? You’d better abstain from any vigorous activity, which will help your body recover from the cold. You can choose an alternative activity, maybe take on something indoors temporarily.

       Abstaining from swimming until symptoms are no longer present then that can benefit everyone in the long run.
